• No pressure sales or false promises allowed.
• Use official branding without edits.

4. Commission Policy

• Commission is earned through valid sales only.
• This is not an MLM or binary model.
• Commission slabs may change as per company policy.

5. Income & Payout

• Payout is processed post product delivery verification.
• Verified KYC and bank details are required.
• TDS and other taxes apply as per Indian law.

6. Account Suspension/Termination

• Fraud, illegal or unethical activities lead to account action.
• Misuse of company assets (logo, docs, systems) is not tolerated.
• Violation of any policy clause can lead to termination.

7. Legal Status

• Affiliates are independent promoters, not employees.
• They are responsible for their own taxes.
• Legal jurisdiction lies in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

8. Policy Updates

• Company can update this policy without notice.
• Updates will be shared via dashboard or email.

9. Agreement Confirmation

• By clicking "I Agree", you accept all the above terms.
• You will promote as per affiliate marketing model.
• You accept pricing, payout, and business changes without objection.
